Make Your Mark

The new ‘Make Your Mark’ project aims to provide girls aged 11-18 in Redbridge with the opportunity to increase participation in physical activity through rugby, whilst also developing their professional and leadership skills.

Currently, only 19% of young people in Redbridge do more than 60 minutes of exercise per week.

Make Your Mark aims to give young women and girls the opportunity to learn new skills and become part of an inclusive and safe community. With women’s rugby experiencing unprecedented growth around the world over recent years, and with a spotlight on the sport ahead of the Rugby World Cup in the summer of 2025 - Make Your Mark aims to utilise rugby to engage young women in sport.
