Love to Balance

Supporting active and connected living for seniors

At Love to Balance, we are dedicated to improving the well-being of people aged 65 and above. Love to Balance is a movement project for over 65s in care homes focused on preventing falls, reducing inactivity, combatting social isolation and slowing down long-term illnesses enabling residents to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

One-hour sessions focus on enhancing strength and balance through enjoyable, low-impact exercises to music. Participants can engage in gentle movements while seated or standing, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level or mobility.

We believe that exercise should be fun! That's why our classes incorporate participants' favourite music, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere that encourages movement and joy.
